In the vibrant and hopeful atmosphere of the new year, on February 25th, 2026 (the 9th day of the Lunar New Year), the entire staff and employees of Viet Thanh Ceramics Joint Stock Company gathered at the company’s headquarters for the annual Spring Kick-off Ceremony. The event was filled with warmth and camaraderie, marking a positive start to the Year of the Horse.

Highlights of the New Year’s Opening

During the ceremony, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Viet Binh, extended his New Year wishes to all employees, wishing them abundant health, happiness, and new successes in the company’s business and production activities for 2026. He also encouraged everyone to persevere through the current challenges and to stand united in guiding the company towards conquering new milestones and reaching greater heights.

Following the opening remarks, all employees participated in the traditional lucky money giveaway, receiving red envelopes filled with good fortune from the company’s leadership. It is hoped that these tokens of luck will bring prosperity and success to every member of the team throughout the year.

Viet Thanh Ceramics: Sending Warm Spring Vibes And Sharing Love At The Bien Hoa Center For Children With Disabilities

In the bustling atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, alongside the intensive production efforts to deliver exquisite ceramic products to every home,Viet Thanh Ceramics Corporation, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa Ward, organized the charity program: “Spring of Love – Tet of Sharing.” The program took place at the Bien Hoa Ward Center for the Care and Education of Children with Disabilities, with the heartfelt desire to bring a warm Tet season filled with joy to underprivileged lives. Small Gifts, Great Hearts From early morning, the volunteer delegation from Viet Thanh Ceramics and representatives from the Ward People’s Committee were present to prepare meaningful gift sets. At the event, the Organizing Committee presented 271 Tet gifts to disabled students, totaling 36,715,000 VND. Although the gifts were not of great monetary value, they carried profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the care and sharing of businesses and local authorities towards vulnerable groups in society. Viet Thanh Ceramics Holds the 8th Term Trade Union Conference for 2025–2030

On the afternoon of December 15, 2025, the Grassroots Trade Union of Viet Thanh Ceramics Joint Stock Company solemnly organized its 8th Grassroots Trade Union Conference for the 2025–2030 term. The conference was attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, along with 36 exemplary comrades from the Trade Union Executive Committee, representing all union members and employees across the company. At the conference, Mr. Do Kiem Thien – Director of HR & Administration, presented a summary report on the trade union’s activities for the 2023–2028 term. The report highlighted that during the past term, the Grassroots Trade Union consistently followed the direction of the upper-level Trade Union, closely coordinated with the Company’s Board of Directors, and excellently completed all assigned tasks. The Trade Union promoted its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees. It actively cared for their material and spiritual well-being, organized numerous activities, and presented meaningful gifts on various occasions. The Union also focused on occupational safety and hygiene, periodic health check-ups, and improving the quality of the working environment.
