Dong Nai Ceramics Association attends the Red Ceramic Brick Festival – Green Economy of Vinh Long Province 2024

The first Red Ceramic Brick Festival – Green Economy of Vinh Long Province in 2024 will take place at Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward 9, Vinh Long City and the Brick and Ceramic Production Village at Tay Cai Canal, Mang Thit District, Vinh Long Province, from 16/11/2024 to 23/11/2024 (08 days).

 

The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 16, 2024 at the Brick and Pottery Craft Village of Thay Cai Canal, Mang Thit District and will close at 6:00 p.m. on November 23, 2024 at the Festival Central Stage on Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward 9, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.

The Festival focuses on two main contents: Red Brick and Green Economy, which will create conditions for Vinh Long province to promote and advertise the potential and advantages of exploiting tourism of Mang Thit brick and pottery village – a famous and unique craft village in the Mekong Delta region. At the same time, it will create conditions for localities and provinces and cities participating in the Festival to exhibit, introduce and promote achievements, potentials and strengths in various fields, thereby contributing to attracting investment, strengthening regional linkages, and seeking opportunities to spread to domestic and foreign markets. The event also aims to contribute to promoting economic restructuring associated with growth model innovation to achieve economic prosperity and environmental sustainability.

Dong Nai Ceramic Association, as one of the typical representatives of the Vietnamese ceramic industry, will bring to the Festival unique and sophisticated ceramic products, reflecting local cultural identity and outstanding achievements in production techniques. These products not only meet quality requirements but also focus on environmental friendliness, in line with the “Green Economy” spirit of the event.

In addition, the Association also participates in the following activities:

Exhibition and product display: Displaying Dong Nai ceramic product lines with creative designs, high applicability, produced using modern technology but still preserving traditional beauty.

Exchange and exchange of experiences: Connecting with artisans, manufacturers, and domestic and foreign partners to seek cooperation opportunities, promoting the ceramic industry to develop more strongly.

Participating in specialized seminars: Contributing ideas on solutions for developing the ceramic industry associated with environmental protection and sustainable tourism development.
