Results recorded in the months of 2024:

The company recorded outstanding growth in revenue, especially in key export markets such as Europe, the US and Asia. VICERCO’s ceramic and handicraft products continue to be highly appreciated by customers for their quality and aesthetics.

Challenges and solutions:

Some difficulties in logistics and fluctuations in raw material costs, and slow production activities have been analyzed in detail by the Board of Directors, together with optimal solutions proposed to minimize negative impacts on the supply chain and production activities.

With the factory capacity maintained stably, the company has achieved 88% of the production plan set for 2024. Modern production technology and international standards such as Amfori BSCI and CTPAT continue to be important competitive advantages.

Business plan for the end of 2024:

Increase exports:

Expand cooperation with strategic partners in North America and Europe, take advantage of the year-end shopping season to increase revenue.

Sustainable development strategy:

Promote environmentally friendly product lines and apply “Green” production technology. At the same time, implement energy saving strategies and reduce carbon emissions throughout the entire production process.

Expanding the domestic market:

Increase brand promotion and boost product distribution in the Vietnamese market, especially focusing on large urban areas and the Central region.

Preparing for 2025:

Set strategic goals, focusing on expanding market share and enhancing the position of Viet Thanh Ceramics brand in the international market.

On the afternoon of December 15, 2025, the Grassroots Trade Union of Viet Thanh Ceramics Joint Stock Company solemnly organized its 8th Grassroots Trade Union Conference for the 2025–2030 term. The conference was attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, along with 36 exemplary comrades from the Trade Union Executive Committee, representing all union members and employees across the company.   At the conference, Mr. Do Kiem Thien – Director of HR & Administration, presented a summary report on the trade union’s activities for the 2023–2028 term.
