On the morning of December 3, 2024, Viet Thanh Ceramic Joint Stock Company (VICERCO) held a meeting to report progress and deploy the business plan for the end of 2024. The meeting took place at the company headquarters, with the participation of the Board of Directors and key departments.

The 2024 business progress report was presented by Mr. Nguyen Huynh Thien Phuc – General Director of Viet Thanh Ceramic Joint Stock Company and chaired by Mr. Nguyen Viet Binh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Thanh Ceramic Joint Stock Company.

Results recorded in the months of 2024:

The company recorded outstanding growth in revenue, especially in key export markets such as Europe, the US and Asia. VICERCO’s ceramic and handicraft products continue to be highly appreciated by customers for their quality and aesthetics.

Challenges and solutions:

Some difficulties in logistics and fluctuations in raw material costs, and slow production activities have been analyzed in detail by the Board of Directors, together with optimal solutions proposed to minimize negative impacts on the supply chain and production activities.

With the factory capacity maintained stably, the company has achieved 88% of the production plan set for 2024. Modern production technology and international standards such as Amfori BSCI and CTPAT continue to be important competitive advantages.

Business plan for the end of 2024:

Increase exports:

Expand cooperation with strategic partners in North America and Europe, take advantage of the year-end shopping season to increase revenue.

Sustainable development strategy:

Promote environmentally friendly product lines and apply “Green” production technology. At the same time, implement energy saving strategies and reduce carbon emissions throughout the entire production process.

Expanding the domestic market:

Increase brand promotion and boost product distribution in the Vietnamese market, especially focusing on large urban areas and the Central region.

Preparing for 2025:

Set strategic goals, focusing on expanding market share and enhancing the position of Viet Thanh Ceramics brand in the international market.

On May 27, 2025, the students of Class 5/2 had an unforgettable experience before their long summer break at the “Pottery Workshop” organized by Viet Thanh Ceramic Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Parents’ Association. This was a wonderful opportunity for the children to learn about traditional pottery craftsmanship, unleash their creativity, and take home unique handmade ceramic pieces crafted by their own hands. The Journey to Becoming “Little Artisans” In the spacious pottery workshop, filled with the warm hues of clay, the students were enthusiastically guided by skilled artisans: ✔ Discovering the traditional pottery-making process: from kneading clay, shaping on the wheel, to decorating patterns and glazing. ✔ Hands-on pottery creation: crafting their own unique designs, such as flower vases, cats, battleships, cartoon characters, and more. ✔ Painting and decorating their ceramic pots, bringing their creative ideas to life. The workshop was filled with laughter and excitement as the children touched clay for the first time, their eyes sparkling with curiosity. They also listened to fascinating stories about the history of Bien Hoa pottery and the dedication of local artisans. Not only the students but also their parents were delighted by the experience, creating precious memories that the children will cherish for years to come.     After three hours of diligent crafting, each student eagerly showcased their masterpiece. Though not every piece was perfect, each ceramic work reflected the effort and creativity of these “little artisans.” What truly touched the organizers was the children’s deep appreciation and gratitude. Before leaving, the whole class sincerely thanked the artisans, saying in unison: “Thank you for teaching us how to make pottery!” These handmade creations will be carefully fired and glazed by Viet Thanh Ceramics, transforming them into meaningful keepsakes to commemorate this special time before summer break and their farewell to elementary school.
