On June 10, 2025, Viet Thanh Ceramic Joint Stock Company successfully convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for its sixth term (2025-2029) at the company’s office hall. This significant event marks a pivotal development phase for this leading enterprise within the traditional ceramic sector of Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

The meeting was respectfully attended by Mr. Nguyen Viet Binh, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Nguyen Huynh Thien Phuc, Board Member and General Director. Additionally, all members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board, and numerous esteemed shareholders were present.

The reports presented demonstrated that during the challenging 2021-2024 term – marked by the COVID-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict, and global logistics crisis – under the proper guidance of the Company’s Party Committee, Viet Thanh Ceramics maintained positive business growth momentum.

Key Resolutions Approved:

  • Endorsement of the 2024 Business Performance Report and 2025-2029 Development Plan, focusing on sustainable revenue growth and international market expansion

  • Approval of organizational restructuring decisions, including election of new Board of Directors and Supervisory Board members

  • Ratification of technology investment plans to enhance product quality and upgrade infrastructure for traditional ceramic production serving domestic and international markets

Ms. Hong Thi Bong – Head of the Supervisory Board presented a comprehensive operational review of Viet Thanh Ceramics Factory, highlighting production efficiency and quality control achievements.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hung – Chief Accounting Officer delivered a detailed financial report, analyzing quarterly and annual revenue performance over recent years.

Ms. Doan Ngoc Thanh – Chief Accountant reported on the independent audit findings by ASSC Auditing Company, confirming full compliance with financial standards

Mr. Nguyen Huynh Thien Phuc – Chief Executive Officer outlined the company’s strategic innovation roadmap, emphasizing modernization and market expansion plans.

On the afternoon of December 15, 2025, the Grassroots Trade Union of Viet Thanh Ceramics Joint Stock Company solemnly organized its 8th Grassroots Trade Union Conference for the 2025–2030 term. The conference was attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, along with 36 exemplary comrades from the Trade Union Executive Committee, representing all union members and employees across the company.   At the conference, Mr. Do Kiem Thien – Director of HR & Administration, presented a summary report on the trade union’s activities for the 2023–2028 term. The report highlighted that during the past term, the Grassroots Trade Union consistently followed the direction of the upper-level Trade Union, closely coordinated with the Company’s Board of Directors, and excellently completed all assigned tasks. The Trade Union promoted its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees. It actively cared for their material and spiritual well-being, organized numerous activities, and presented meaningful gifts on various occasions. The Union also focused on occupational safety and hygiene, periodic health check-ups, and improving the quality of the working environment. During the conference, the Executive Committee of the Company’s Grassroots Trade Union announced the Decisions from the Provincial Labor Federation, appointing the 8th-term Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 period. The committee comprises 5 capable, reputable, and dedicated comrades committed to the trade union movement. On the afternoon of September 13th, the Economic Security Division of the Dong Nai Provincial Police, in cooperation with specialized units of the Provincial Police, presided over the Launching Ceremony of the “All People Protect National Security” movement. The event, which integrated mass mobilization work and legal dissemination, was held at the Viet Thanh Joint Stock Company in Bien Hoa Ward, Dong Nai Province. Viet Thanh Joint Stock Company renovated and decorated the meeting hall to ensure the successful execution of the launching ceremony.
