In the bustling atmosphere of the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, alongside the intensive production efforts to deliver exquisite ceramic products to every home,Viet Thanh Ceramics Corporation, in coordination with the People’s Committee of Bien Hoa Ward, organized the charity program: “Spring of Love – Tet of Sharing.” The program took place at the Bien Hoa Ward Center for the Care and Education of Children with Disabilities, with the heartfelt desire to bring a warm Tet season filled with joy to underprivileged lives. On the afternoon of December 15, 2025, the Grassroots Trade Union of Viet Thanh Ceramics Joint Stock Company solemnly organized its 8th Grassroots Trade Union Conference for the 2025–2030 term. The conference was attended by the Company’s Board of Directors, along with 36 exemplary comrades from the Trade Union Executive Committee, representing all union members and employees across the company.   At the conference, Mr. Do Kiem Thien – Director of HR & Administration, presented a summary report on the trade union’s activities for the 2023–2028 term. The report highlighted that during the past term, the Grassroots Trade Union consistently followed the direction of the upper-level Trade Union, closely coordinated with the Company’s Board of Directors, and excellently completed all assigned tasks. The Trade Union promoted its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of its members and employees. It actively cared for their material and spiritual well-being, organized numerous activities, and presented meaningful gifts on various occasions.
